Charming Mark Island cottage, like new but also designed to look like a true & classic Winnipesaukee camp. The main cottage has 2 Bedrooms, a bath, open kitchen, living and dining and a screened porch, there is potential for making the loft more living area. The bunk house has it's own deck and is connected to a large tent platform with a tent big enough for a crowd; there is an outhouse with a composting toilet for those not staying in the main house. Great perched sitting area , like a perched beach and there are great stairs into the water; beautiful sugar sand bottom and swim raft for a full day of water activities. Gorgeous views and spectacular sun and moon rises. Because there is no power to the Islands you look out at, and not any development on that end of Bear Island, it's like a step back in time; there are no lights at night. Mark Island has a great walking/hiking trail and is just a quick boat ride to all Gilford docking. Here you will find a glorious getaway!! Fully furnished except for personal items.
